I'd describe my personality as outgoing, positive, and compassionate. I like caring for people with special needs because I have been working in the field for 8 years now. I am a registered behavior technician who has been in elementary and middle school ASD self-contained and inclusive classes. I love watching how much they learn and grow over time. I'm looking for a job that I can make a difference in a child/adult life. I started caring for people with special needs in 2016. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my two teenage kids and husband. We like day trips and keeping active. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very dependable. My skills include keeping organized. Being able to understand and predict what skills work best as I learn the child/adult.
