I worked for Child Protective Services as a child welfare family case manager. I also worked in therapeutic foster care, which involved intensive work w/children daily. I worked as a nanny & tutor for a child from the time she was 5-8yrs old. Then, I became a Registered Behavior Technician, 60+ hrs of training in Applied Behavior Analysis to work with autistic & intellectually disabled children. I'm child & infant CPR/First aid certified. Nina is such an amazing nanny! We were in a pinch because my maternity leave was ending and the daycare our daughter was supposed to go to didn't have a spot yet. Nina responded quickly to us and pretty much started immediately. She listened to our needs, was always on time or early, and was wonderful with both our daughter and our pets!
