Nima was our nanny for a year and a half. I have 3 kids and have hired many sitters over the years. I always struggled with trusting someone with my babies and she was the most caring, loving caregiver to my son from 3 months to 19 months of age. She has such a naturally patient and attentive disposition and allowed my son to lead the activities from a young age. Paying attention to what brought him joy and made him curious. She was always able to find a way to change his diaper or get him into the stroller without crying. She is also incredibly active and walked him to the playground daily, finding and choosing different activities each day of the week and creating a comforting, healthy routine for our son. Whenever she arrived in the morning he would crawl and then run to her. We were so lucky to have her in our lives and only stopped working with her because she relocated. She is a pure gem and we miss her dearly. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.
