Nilda is terrific! She is very kind, respectful, calm, caring, and great with our special needs son. I felt very comfortable with her from our first meeting and even more as time went on. Our son doesn't speak but you can tell he likes Nilda by his smile when he sees her. Nilda is very dependable and always on time. She's such a natural and I'm sure you'll feel the same when you meet her.
