Hi there, my name is Nikki! I've worked with neurotypical and special needs children 8mo-17yo with a focus in ASD, for 13 years. I've worked as a special needs paraprofessional for pre-k- 5th and in ASD specific classrooms. I also have 10 yrs experience as an ABA therapist and am currently nannying for special needs and neurotypical children. I've worked alongside BCBA's, OT's, PT's, SLP's and Social Workers. I've also volunteered at a special needs school in India which was an amazing learning experience. I am energetic, hard working, organized and value honestly and open communication. I continue working as an ABA therapist and caregiver to learn a variety of family needs while I build my business. Currently, I'm open to work that is part time, occasional, one-time or flexible/as needed. Thank you!
