Nikita blew me away from the moment I met her! She came to her interview nicely dressed and with questions about my loved one so she could better understand their needs! Very well prepared. I hired her on the spot to cover for my disabled adult son's regular caregiver who was going on vacation. She is such a lovely young lady who takes her job very seriously and took excellent care of him!she was always punctual and a joy to be around! She will be missed, but I will definitely call her back when needed!
