I have been working with children for over 13 years. I am a former preschool teacher and special education instructional aide. I especially have a lot of experience working with young children, for I started off as a teacher in the infant room. I love the imaginative mind and curiosity that children see the world with. Even infants communicate in their own way. My educational philosophy is to care for the whole child. My job to make sure all social, emotional, physical, basic needs are met. I am very patient. I encourage instead of force children. I believe that there is a time for boundaries and a time where children just need to be themselves. Children are drawn to me because of my fun- loving energy. My goal is to make learning fun and inspire them to learn new things. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and make new discoveries. I have a big heart that really cares for the people and pets around me.
