I am yoga certified, I've been teaching for the last 10 years, working independently with both adults and children. Through the YMCA I am CPR certified for infant, child and adult. I have been a care taker for both elders and children as well as animals. I love getting to know those I take care of! With elders I am skilled at monitoring daily activity, assisting with any medication management, and providing genuine championship.
