About Nijshell

I'm an experienced caregiver with a passion for helping children grow and develop. Throughout my three years as a childcare provider, I've had the joy of caring for children between the ages of one and three. I have been told I have a gift for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I'm patient, calm, and always looking for creative and imaginative ways to engage children. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe that consistency and clear expectations are essential for children's well-being. I'm also a great communicator and believe in keeping parents regularly updated on their child's day. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's through text or phone calls. I have my college degree and have completed both CPR training and First Aid. I have a car, so transportation isn't an issue.
