I've always had a passion for caring for children. When I was younger, I would often babysit for my cousins, and neighbors and my work like nanny. I loved playing with them and helping them learn and grow. As I got older, I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in childcare. I have three years of experience working as a childcare provider. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I have a formal and reserved personality, but I'm also patient and calm. I'm able to create a safe and nurturing environment for children, while also encouraging them to learn and explore. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, especially when it comes to childcare. I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, whether it's through written daily reports or regular updates via text or phone call. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, but I always do so in a respectful and positive way.
