Nicolle has been with us as our son's full-time nanny since May 2024. Although she played with him really well and he loved her because she plays with him like another child would, she has been very unreliable. Several no-shows, without any communication. Lots of calling in sick, just poor communication even though we have been very honest and open and welcoming in our communication. We've been very forgiving and understanding, more than any employer would be. But she was out sick all last week and then just sent a text this week saying she can't come for various reasons. After trying to call her and text, we have not received any communication. So I feel very betrayed and very sad because my son keeps asking about her. Very disappointing, and very unprofessional. I wish things had ended better but we've had to frantically look for someone urgently because we do not have care for our son all of a sudden. I'm sad to write such a review but thought others should know because we know how difficult it is to find a caring and reliable nanny.
