Hello, To just briefly describe my experience to you, i've been working with the elderly since I was 17. I started out as a Dietary Aide in an assisted living and worked my way up. I moved onto becoming a RA (Resident Aide) and assisted with daily tasks. Then moved onto becoming an MA (medication Aide) and distributed medications and then eventually become Lead MA. I welcomed my first child out of 3 in 2013 and have had the privilege of being a stay at home mom since then. Id love to back to doing what I always loved doing, assisting the elderly.
