Everyone needs a Nicolette :) We hired her 1.5 years ago to take care of our daughter during the day while we were working at home. I love how sensitive and aware she is of everything my daughter is feeling and helps her through those to understand and process. That has been really helpful when its just us at home that she can share exactly what she's feeling, needs or wants. I love the activities they do together like painting, going to the park, dress up, and recently we started doing field trips to the aquarium and other museums. Our daughter can count to 10, knows the alphabet, and is potty trained during the day just to name a couple things. It's been so fun for our daughter and a huge relief for us. We recently decided that we would take the next step for our daughter to put her into preschool so that she can start to experience things like a classroom setting and making new friends. It was a very hard decision for us because Nicolette has been so amazing for our family.
