I had a phone interview with Nicoleta. I was very clear about the pay, hours, and expectations for the position. We only hire licensed nurses that are in good standing with the state. I verified her license, and everything checked out. I also explained she needed to have a current CPR or BLS card. She does not have a current CPR card, he did not have any verifiable employment since 2015 but I was willing to interview her in person and if it was a good fit, I explained we would be willing to train her to do the job. We set up a date for an interview. She emailed me canceling the interview and explained the hours we were looking for we not a good fit because of her husband not being able to be home in time to take care of her three children. . I noticed many contradicting things during our conversation. No CPR card, no verifiable work history or references, she kept contradicting herself. She sent me an outdated resume. Very disappointing and not professional.
