Hi, I live in Astoria with my husband and a bunch of kitties I rescued from the streets. I'm certified by the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's animals and ASPCA to perform TNR (trap, neuter and release) on stray and feral cats. I grew up with so many animals and my love for them only got bigger. I volunteered at the Humane Society of NY for almost 10 years. I took care of about 50-60 cats which included; cleaning their cages, litter boxes, making sure their beds were in clean condition, feeding them and replacing bowl with fresh water. Petting and loving them as if they were my own and always is not part of the job but part of how I feel about animals. They deserve respect as well. Compassion makes us human. Thank you.
