My responsibilities included companionship, running errands both with them and for them, providing rides to doctor's appointments, meal preparation and medication reminders. I also have experience dealing with dementia patients and Alzheimer's patients and I'm CPR certified. I have many attributes which make working with elderly a passion and joy for me. First of all, I am very patient. I understand I am there to assist them at their pace and encourage them in every way I can. I also love spending time with them and listening to their stories about their life, I feel I can learn so much from them.
