Nicole is responsible, dependable and caring. She began watching my son when he was 6 months old in an infant class at a preschool (August 2013). I work upstairs and I was fortunate to be able to come down to nurse in the classroom and observe her genuine interactions with the babies (ages 6-18 months). Nicole was consistently calm, never raised her voice and always spoke with the children with love. I continued to observe Nicole through my child's first birthday and due to her consistency, asked her to be an occasional babysitter in my home. She continued to shine and my husband and I have trusted her many times with our car after work to take our son home and to watch him over weekends for 48 hours. When he is with her, I know my son is safe and loved. Nicole was a blessing to our family and is one of few people that I trust to care for my son as well as I do. If I could take on a full-time nanny, Nicole would be the only choice for me.
