I homeschooled my oldest son for 4 years. I have taught 2nd grade in a private school. I have worked in the day care industry off and on now for 12 years. I also completed my student teaching in both a 2nd grade classroom, and a 4th grade classroom. I recently finished my Masters Degree in K-6th education through American Military University. I am a state certified Pre-K-3 teacher in Ohio with grades 4-5 endorsement as well. I have been teaching 1st grade in Cleveland for the last 6 years. I love teaching children new things and the look on their faces when something they've been having problems with final clicks in place for them. I have my certificate from the State of Ohio for the Science of Reading.
