Nikki is a fantastic caregiver. She is honestly a Godsend. She is prompt, professional and skilled. She communicates clearly and has a keen eye for what would make caring for our nana easier. She is a problem solver and contributes more to our home than we ever anticipated. Little things like emptying and rinsing the coffee pot, folding laundry left in the dryer, etc outside of her job requirements make us feel that she really cares about our wellbeing as a family. We would never have made it through this challenging time with our grandmother without Nikki’s help.
