we booked her for 2 nights. Sat & Sunday. she was fine on Sat. she said she'd would return on Sunday at the same time to watch our 2 small kids for a total of 4 hours each day. on Sunday, 4 hours before her scheduled start, she asked if her boyfriend could join her at our house to watch the kids. naturally we refused her request. 15 mins later..said she had a family emergency and would MAYBE make it. I had to leave work as a consequence. so unprofessional and unreliable
