My family became acquainted with Nikki through Care.com, so she was a stranger to us prior, but jumped right in on the very first day and became like a member of the family within no time. She has everything going for her that is important in a care giver for a loved one: experience, knowledge, patience and strength (mentally and physically). She led the charge and taught us a lot about my mother's daily needs. She is dependable and flexible. She willingly took on extra hours whenever asked/needed. She stayed with us right to the end. My mother received top notch, excellent care. She was kept clean, comfortable and safe. Nikki adjusted to my mom's needs as time progressed. She was attentive to small nuances in mom and took care of all the details. She was truly even more than we could have asked for in this very delicate situation.
