I love exploring the world through the alternative lens that children with special needs provide. I have worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist for young children with severe autism and I have been an instructor at an outdoor adventure boarding school for adolescents with ADHD and ASD! I actually enjoy behavior management and modification because while it is challenging work, it is incredibly rewarding to help children learn to navigate both their outer and inner worlds. I have a huge focus on empathy and compassion as my own outlook on life and I make a point to do my best at instilling that in children as well!
