I prepared her meals, her medications, and helped her bathe, dress, walk, and use the bathroom when that was necessary. Most importantly, I provided good compassionate company. I have a lot of respect for the elderly or handicapped. I am gentle, genuine, and will always to whatever I can to help. I went to college in Prescott Arizona for Human Ecology. I am an endurance athlete, (I love to run) and I'm a certified yoga instructor. Helping people makes me a happier person.
