Hi there! I have worked in the healing arts for the past 24 years as a professional massage therapist. I have also studied with a midwife for 2 years to become a Fertility Awareness Educator/Women's Reproductive Health Coach, as well as studied traditional western herbalism and permaculture. I definitely know some things about postpartum care and have some great postpartum meal recipes as well as herbal formulations to support the body postpartum! Supporting womens health is one of my passions.
