Nicole is a godsend. She is excellent with my mother, who is 87 with severe dementia. She knows just what to say and do in any given situation. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and has a great deal of experience. Her patience and kindness are amazing. Once you speak to her, you will know she is a great person for the job!
