About Nicole

Hello, I'm Nicole. My skills include time management, working in a sterile field, and displaying a sterile setup... for ex, caring for a bed sore. Dressing wounds, bed baths, ROM and dressing the client. Transfers... to bed, to chair, etc. light housekeeping, organization... everything for the client has an intended space. I check vitals. Log keeping( daily routine, office visits, etc). Doctors love this! Making the patient feel comfortable without feeling like they've lost their right to privacy. I'm great at getting the client to transition into a new routine. Such as, needing help with baths, etc. I stick to routine. It helps the client adjust quicker. I'm great at assessments and listening to what the client needs rather than what I think they want. I'm reliable and consistent. I'm very nurturing, sympathetic, patient, and happy to help.
