About Nicole

Kindergarten - 6th grade tutor! Hi, I'm Nicole! I'm a passionate educator with over 6 years of experience teaching fourth grade. I graduated from Rowan University in 2020 with a dual degree in elementary education k-6 and literary studies. I provide intervention and enrichment opportunities for students, using best practices and interventions in reading, writing, and math. I incorporate students interests into learning and plan engaging activities. I am determined to help all learners grow and succeed. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can do just that. I'm patient, calm, and friendly. I have a natural ability to connect with students. I'm also a skilled communicator and am comfortable discussing any issues that may arise with parents. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and provide regular data on the students growth in targeted areas.
