I am writing to share my appreciation for Nicole for the care she has given my dad and his wife prior to her death 2 years ago. She has shown compassion over and beyond. She has contacted me since I live in a different state when she couldn't make an executive decision regarding his best interest. This action made me feel at ease being 1,000 miles away that he is being cared for. She displays love and concern in a quiet and professional manner. We are glad to have her in his life!
