About Nicole

Hello, I'm Nicole! My work experience as a first responder coupled with participating in a significantly younger sibling's development has made me confident in caring for children. Professionally, I've been EMT/CPR certified since 2013 and currently work full-time on an ambulance. During my career, I've responded to many emergencies involving children of all ages. The main lesson I have learned is that kids will remember how you made them feel more frequently than what you've said. Feeling safe is a physical and emotional state of being, so I make a conscious effort to quickly learn and adapt to each child's personality and needs. Personally, I am a very proud older sister of a 16-year-old. She has taught an incredible amount about patience, self-awareness, and selflessness. Since she was born I have been very active in helping raise her, everything from changing diapers, preparing meals, to finishing school projects that she forgot to do. I look forward to meeting you!
