As a natural-born caregiver, I've always had a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With almost two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of numerous families. My calm and patient demeanor coupled with my creative and imaginative nature allows me to connect with children on a profound level. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents and ensuring they're always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I have no qualms with enforcing household rules, as I understand the importance of structure and consistency in a child's life. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and my experience spans various age groups from infants to teens. My diverse educational background including some college has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide holistic care. In addition to English, I also speak a little Hebrew and Spanish.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She is an inate caregiver and has a huge heart. Our son adores her, as do we. She has a wonderful way with children, keeping our son engaged, happy and learning. She plays, sings, and reads with him and teaches him words (in English and Spanish,) as well as numbers and colors. She is kind and thoughtful and we could not be happier with the care she gives our son. We could not recommend her more highly!!
