Nicole is a lovely person. She is kind ,warm, easy-going and very attentive to my mom‘s needs. My mom loves her as well as my family. My mom is 80 and uses a walker. She doesn’t have good balance and will often forget safety steps. I am so grateful to Nicole for keeping my mom company and keeping her safe.Nicole has the type of personality that you feel comfortable right away, like you’re seeing a good friend . She’s responsible she shows up on time. I couldn’t say enough good things about Nicole. We are very lucky to have someone we trust take great care of my mom when we can’t be there ourselves.
