Hello! I am a retired teacher & college professor. I am in my 60s and very active physically. I have worked with children of every age, mostly early childhood and graduate students I very much enjoy spending time with older people now, and animals. I have friends in their 80s and we take classes together, meet for coffee and share stories, advice and recipes together. I have always lived with cats and large dogs, though I gave experience training different breeds. I have a special respect for older dogs and their companions. I would love to come alongside your family as a part time companion with children, animals and treasured seniors. I am not a nurse. I am a loving person who understands all stages of family life, more with every passing day. I will work with you to suit your changing needs to the best of my abilities. From the minute Nicole walked in my house I knew she was "it." She was warm, personable, and immediately engaged with my kiddos. My youngest can be very shy and reserved, but even he came to her with open arms! She has very quickly adapted to their schedule and needs. She's always happy to be flexible. As a former teacher, she has been instrumental in keeping my oldest on track with homework and has kept him excited about learning. She often brings a science experiment, which my boys love!! She's an absolute asset and I couldn't imagine finding a better fit for my family. We love her!
