We left our 1.5 year old alone with Nicole on first day and it went great. Nicole has a lot of relevant medical experience which makes me feel great about leaving a child with her. Nicole is very high energy and fun and my toddler loves spending time with Nicole. Nicole is very caring and makes sure that everything is taken care of (prioritizing nutrition and sleep even better than parents). Nicole is also very easy to communicate with and is able to adjust to any situation. We had construction happening and she was able to find outside of home places at the last minute. She plans activities that are great for development and focuses on teaching communication.
