About Nicole

Hi! I'm Nicole, I'm 23 years old and I've been working in childcare professionally for the past 3 years, though I've been caring for little ones for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the go-to person in my family to care for babies, and my younger siblings. That early experience shaped my love for children and naturally led me into nannying. Most recently, I cared full-time for a baby girl from 4 months to her first birthday, while also helping with her 5-year-old sister on weekends. Watching them grow and building a connection with their family was truly one of the most meaningful chapters in my life. I'm loving, responsible, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy bonding with kids, making them laugh, feel safe, and helping them learn through play and positive structure. I'm experienced with diapering, bottle feeding, nap routines, early developmental milestones, toddler emotions, and all the messy, magical moments in between.
