I have experience with children of all ages, so I am comfortable caring for babies as well as teens. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a specialty in child welfare and formerly worked in child protection. This means that I have extensive knowledge of child development and positive interventions that help children learn and grow. My family has had a fantastic experience with Nichole as a part-time caregiver for my 9 month old and 4 year old. She is responsible, reliable, and punctual. Plus, the boys love her!
