Nicole is so sweet and caring. When she's watching LO we get smiling pictures and updates about how the day is going. She's careful to track all of her bottles, naps, diapers, even adds cute doodles. The biggest proof is baby's mood when I get home; she's still her happy, calm self and easy to put down for bed because she's had a great day! I can breathe easy when I know Nicole's taking care of my daughter.
