I have been working with children with special needs for the past 5 years. More specifically, I am a certified Speech and Language therapy assistant which has given me so much experience. I find any gains children accomplish extremely rewarding, and love the look on their face when they have achieved something they have been working hard on. I believe it takes someone with passion, energy and a kind soul to work with children- which I believe I encompass. I like getting to know families and working together as a team.

Nicole deserves 10 stars! We feel like we hit the lottery with her ever since she started working with our sister with Down Syndrome earlier this year. She is kind, patient, creative, outgoing, and an all-around sweetheart. We are so grateful that she chose to work with our family!
