Our family has been lucky to work with Nicole for over 6 years. She was our full-time nanny for three years (until she started full-time teaching), has remained a big part of our family and a regular babysitter for us for the past three years (she also nannied for us last summer with her son, which our daughters loved). Our two daughters (now almost 7 and 4) LOVE "Coco" and any time that they can have with her. She's is thoughtful about combining fun, learning and also having boundaries (surrounded by love and care). Nicole has my highest recommendation and promises to be a blessing to anyone who has the chance to work with her.
