About Nicole

My entire life, I've enjoyed spending time with children. I grew up helping my mom with the daycare she ran out of our home. As a young adult, I volunteered at a home for children with disabilities, and then worked at a camp for children and adults with disabilities. Five years after that, I worked at two different daycare. It wasn't until I started as a nanny for a family with a 2-year-old and twin 6-week-olds that I realized I was meant to be a nanny. I have worked with children from infancy to 10 years old, in families with 3+ children. I was able to see the children grow, learn, and spend more time one-on-one. I've been a nanny for three amazing families, and I've grown a bond with each child. For me, this is what makes being a nanny awesome. Things I incorporate day to day: Structure, routine, responsibility, independence, creativity and (most importantly!) learning it all through play and fun.
