Nikki provided a deep cleaning and professional organization for my apartment. The duration of services was eight hours within a timeframe that was very favorable to my needs. Nikki arrived not just punctual but a few minutes early and came prepared to perform services. Before arrival, we had a lengthy conversations both on the phone and through messages, and the expectations and pricing were fair and agreeable. During service, Nikki even gave myself and my husband much needed advice on how to maintain and perform tours for ourselves in between her future visits. And yes, we hired her for bi monthly service as well! Again, I would like to reiterate that this was truly professional service with licenses to prove it. I would also like to share that I felt safe and relaxed as she was providing service.
