Teacher, Caregiver, Mother, Military... many Skills And Wonderful Personality I am an elementary school teacher and Air Force Guardsman. Lately, I find that teaching in the public school district has become less than satisfying as a career for me. But I have a strong passion for teaching and an even stronger passion for cooking good food, healthy food, home cooking and implementing family value while doing it. I Love teaching people how to shop for their food for their family or themselves while maintaining a budget, adhering to a special diet, or just to learn the basics. I've given many cooking lessons to friends and family members and I'm ready to share my experiences with anyone who is interested.
