Words can’t express how wonderful of a caregiver Nicole is! Nicole is very responsible and always took initiative to help us constantly improve our two children’s development and growth. We relied on her consistently over several years. She’s nurturing and attuned to how people are feeling. For example, she watched our children very closely and was able to pick up on incoming illnesses or signs of stress and make sure they were feeling their best through her warmth. She was also great at communicating — sending photos and sharing progress throughout the day. We highly recommend Nicole!
