Niki was a lifesaver when I unexpectedly became a single parent with two young children and a demanding job. She was always pleasant and reliable and was able to jump in and start picking up the children nearly every day from school and making sure they were well cared for until after I could get home from work. She did this for many months until the pandemic intervened. But I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again in an instant.
