Nicole has been wonderful with our severely autistic son who is 12 and non verbal. She was patient and caring, she always ensured he was safe and taken care of. She did not give up first few times despite I's initial insecurity. Thanks to Nicole, Ian was out playing more and tried new foods. Nicole was always reliable and on time and she has excellent communication skills.
