Nicole is doing a wonderful job supervising my elderly parents' efforts to improve their fitness and lose weight through a healthy diet and exercise program. She also accompanies them to doctors, PT, gym and grocery shopping, keeping good records and regularly informs me of all progress. Most importantly she is kind and cheerful, a genuinely good person. I strongly recommend her to other families.
