About Nicole

Nicole was our nanny for 6 months and took wonderful care of our daughter (18mo) and our son (3mo). Our son had been in the ICU with RSV when he was 10 weeks old and we didn’t feel comfortable sending him to daycare at that time. We were so lucky to find Nicole after his recovery. She was so kind and loving to our little ones. She has an incredibly calm presence and was so patient with our toddler. Nicole redirected our daughter’s behavior when needed and was instrumental in getting our daughter to be gentle and safe around our son. She was always on the floor playing with the kids, rotating through different activities throughout the day. Nicole kept track of diapers, feedings, naps etc for each of the kids. She would be thrilled when my son had a good eating day because his weight fell so much in the hospital. Nicole also helped with the kids’ laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, tidying up and organizing the kids’ rooms. It was always the plan to get the kids back to daycare when our son was ready. Now that he’s thriving, it’s the right time for our family to go back to daycare. In a perfect world, we would continue with Nicole for years. She formed a great bond with our kids and was so consistent/dependable for them every day.
