About Nicole

I describe myself as patient, observant, and empathetic. I love working with children, as they are curious little angels, and I enjoy helping them develop new skills and navigate their environments in a socially acceptable manner. My journey began with studying child and adolescent development, and I now hold a Bachelor of Science in the field. Currently, I am a Registered Behavior Technician working with children on the autism spectrum. I describe myself as introverted and tend to observe more than I speak. I love people; however, I am not the life of the party. My skills include data collection, behavioral intervention, verbal behavior theory, positive reinforcement, behavior extinction, natural environment teaching, problem-solving, critical thinking, educational support, empathy, emotional intelligence, and communication.
