I especially like to help first-time moms feel confident as they adjust to the many changes taking place in their life with the addition of a new baby. I am fascinated by babies and enjoy nurturing them and helping them to reach their milestones. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old and I have been over 35 years of experience. In my spare time, I like to see plays, play board games with friends, read, and spend time nurturing relationships with friends and family. Skills include being very attentive to the infants for whom I am caring. I have experience with twins, triplets and nanny share jobs. Safety is my top priority, and I am very comfortable and knowledgeable about newborn development and their needs.

Nicki is the most amazing caregiver we’ve ever had. She is great with all ages but really shines with babies. She is infinitely knowledgable, loving, and skilled with all things baby. She was our nanny for two years and I wish she could have been our nanny forever. Nicki’s care gave me incredible peace of mind and allowed me to finish my PhD! Recently I was reflecting that an enduring gift she gave me was confidence as a new mom and she made everything fun! You can tell she truly loves babies with the joy with which she shared updates and happenings- expect to hear lots! I think if anyone was meant to be a baby nanny, it’s Nicki. She’s incredible and whatever family gets to work with her will be lucky.
