I have most experience with injury recovery, brain tumors, amputees, Asperger's, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Sensory Disorders, behavioral or mental disorders, Ataxia, ALS, mobility issues (which includes knowledge of all mobility equipment such as lifts and an extensive knowledge on mobility lifts, and rotation.)
