Hello! My name in Nicole and I am 29 years old. I have 10+ years working with children, both neuro-typical and neuro-divergent. I tend to use a gentle approach with children, with time-outs, and emphasis on emotional expression, but am always open to using whatever style fits best for your family (baby wearing, independent approach etc.) . I prefer working with special needs children, and "entering their world" to play, express and learn. I am open to learning new skills but have experience with G-tubes, supplemental tracheotomy care, medications, range on motion exercises, ADLS, shots, blood sugar monitoring, and have knowledge of basic ASL.
